Return & Exchange Policy

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund or exchange request will be processed within 3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the process has been completed.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds can be issued via bank transfer within 5 business days or as a store voucher of the same value, based on your preference.

For payments made by credit or debit card, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may take up to 14 business days, depending on your bank’s policy.
