  Returns:

  All items must be returned within fourteen days from the date of purchase or receipt. The returned items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached.

  Return Process:

  Refunds:

  After receiving and inspecting the product, we will process the return or exchange. Please allow up to three (3) days from receiving your item for processing. We will notify you by email once the transaction is complete. In the case of cash on delivery, the amount will be transferred to your bank account (within 5 business days) or a gift voucher of the same amount will be sent to the customer’s email (according to their preference).
